Participants will learn why decision making can be difficult for some people, what affects the decision-making process, and receive some resources and tips to improve decision-making skills.

• Explain why decision making can be difficult for some people

• Identify how personality affects decision-making

• Define five stages of decision-making process

• Identify nine decision-making styles

• Recognize environmental factors that complicate the decision-making process

• Recognize internal factors that complicate the decision-making process

• Register why important decisions are harder to make than unimportant

• Identify why decision making is difficult for them

• Receive tips and resources for improving decision-making skills
